Script-Fu -> Photo -> Halftone

Over-exposed?
No Problem.
This is a an adjustable script,
that creates a halftone version of the image.
Either you want the newspaper look, or you want to print without "blocking up".
Back in my days as a newspaper photographer, everything I shot went to halftones at the offset printer.
