    * binary no longer started from a script (starts from SVGpage)
      (this had caused a dialog box to ask what to do with the script
       before it would actually run on Ubuntu.)

       * fixed linking error to included libpng on Ubuntu

       * fixed size issue of UI under Ubuntu
      (the update in 0.3 added an option that did not fit
       in the allotted window space with Ubuntu's window decorations,
       something I overlooked when testing on Slackware.)
